The exterior might receive some smaller updates to improve handling and steering. But nothing too drastic; there is no point in changing the winning recipe. The powertrain could also give some surprises; there are both traditional engines and electric ones. The diesel engine is still on offer, which is great news. There are high-end materials on it, such as chrome and wood. There are a lot of storage compartments. The most spacious model is the crew cab with four doors. It also features a power generator outlet, so you can work outdoors with any tool you imagine.
Exterior Design
The outside of the new 2023 Ford F-150 Diesel isn’t anything new. It still has that classic look; why change something that is working perfectly? big front fascia with lightweight materials and the Big Blue Oval logo. The cargo bed is standard at 5.5 feet long.

High-end models like the King Ranch have variable-assist steering technology that sharpens reflexes at low speeds for a more nimble feel.
The Tremor variant, which boasts 33-inch all-terrain tires, an improved air suspension that can be adapted, a lockable rear differential, and an all-wheel drive transfer case from the powerful F-150 Raptor, offers the most off-road capability. Many people are stoked that the diesel powertrain is making a comeback. There were rumors about it being discontinued for lack of demand. which we find absolutely ridiculous. There is rarely anything better and more powerful than a diesel-powered pickup. It offers better performance and much-wanted torque. Although it does leave a larger carbon footprint, it is difficult to substitute for such a value.
The electrical powertrain looks exactly like that. With its ridiculously rumored horsepower and performance, the green power truck will be the future of the Big Blue Oval. Many manufacturers are racing to improve their electric pickups, but not everyone is doing it as well as Ford. Models with the 400-hp twin-turbo 3.5-liter V-6 engine can tow up to 14,000 pounds, but the regular 3.3-liter V-6 engine’s towing limit is 8200 pounds. The legendary 5.0-liter V-8 has a maximum towing capacity of only 13,000 pounds, compared to 12,100 pounds for the diesel V-6 and 12,700 pounds for the hybrid variant. The weight of the payload varies between 1840 and 3250 pounds. The 2018 F-150 remains competitive with important competitors such as the Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, and Ram 1500 thanks to its towing and payload capacities.
Fuel Economy
The mileage will heavily depend on the engine you choose for your 2023 Ford F-150. The 2.7-liter V6 gets 20 mpg in the city and 26 on the highway. The 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 gets 18 mpg in the city and 24 mpg on the highway. The hybrid powertrain can reach 25 mpg in the city and 26 on the open road.
