Chrome or wooden accents would be a great addition. This would really increase the luxury aspect of the truck.
We can expect a large infotainment touchscreen in the middle, as is a standard nowadays in trucks. Most of the controls will be from here including air conditioning and drive modes. Expect a large screen since this is a Denali version after all. There will be some driving aids available in the form of artificial intelligence. Exterior

The truck has a huge front grille, it is wide and high and it is really a staple of the truck. The big side mirrors so you can keep an eye on the cargo you are towing. The back row of wheels is doubled since this is supposed to deal with the heaviest of loads. There are some headlights on the top of the truck but perhaps it gets changed into a unified LED bar. This would look more stylish for sure.
There are alternative materials like carbon and aluminum along the exterior. This will shave off weight and improve the power to weight ratio. Since this is the off-roading truck trim, we can expect beefier tires and some other additions to make it easier in the dirt. Adjustable air suspension and perhaps an increased ride height.
The cargo bed is of standard size, you will be able to fit a lot of stuff in the back. The tailgate has several options definitely. The tires are probably going to be from Goodyear and the wheel size is 20 inches. There still might be a few changes coming up but we will have to wait and see when the truck actually hits the road.
2024 GMC Sierra HD AT4 Denali Engine
The brand new 2024 GMC Sierra HD AT4 Denali will come with two powertrain options.
We get a 6.6-liter V8 gasoline engine that can produce 401 horsepower and 464 pound-feet of torque. This is more than enough to pull and haul the heaviest of cargo.
The other engine is a 6.6-liter turbodiesel V8 engine that comes with 445 horsepower and 910 pound-feet of torque.
Max towing capacity is 36.000 pounds there are no specifications for the hauling but we are sure that it will be good numbers. There is a choice between 6 and 10-speed automatic transmission.
The AT4 trim will include a locking rear differential and a transfer case with two speeds and a traction system straight from GMC. There is still no news about the hybrid or EV variant of the 2024 GMC Sierra HD AT4 Denali. But we suspect we won’t see those simply because EV isn’t at the point for towing and hauling capacity as is with the biggest of trucks.
2024 GMC Sierra HD AT4 Denali Price and Release Date
Starting price for the AT4 trim will be $62.000 and might go up depending on what amenities you want in your truck.
We could potentially see the 2024 GMC Sierra HD AT4 Denali hit the road in late 2023 or early 2024.
